The definition of the offshore, according to wikipedia:
The term “Offshore Development” is used to speak about delocalization of the services (data-processing, center of calls and Administratif). The delocalization is an operation which consists in for a company making carry out certain tasks (manufacture of goods or provisions of services) in the geographical localizations where the cost of the labour is weaker than that to which it has access from the establishment of its operations. The delocalization can be accompanied or not by a externalisation: the company can choose or not to entrust the tasks delocalized to a third or to create it even an entity (subsidiary for example) in the place considered which will recruit employees locally.
For us, who integrate into the faith the French culture and the Rumanian culture, the offshore allows, share the advantage of considerable cost, many other things:
