Disadvantages of the offshore
|

Unfortunately, an offshore development is rather difficult to implement. Here some of the obstacles which you can meet during such an operation:
- problems of communication: you do not speak the language about the country, and equips it does not speak your language. It will be difficult for you to hear you through an interpreter…
- problems of comprehension of the project: it is already difficult and that enormously spends time to explain your vision of the project to your in-house teams, how will you leave yourselves there with remote somebody?
- problems of schedules: the majority of the operations of offshore are based in India/Asia, and their schedules of work are not the same ones. It is already difficult for you to establish one hour for a meeting when your collaborators have the same schedules as you, than will occur when you have only one hour per day of joint working time?
- problems cultural: the European culture is what defines France as country. But Africa and Asia do not share the same culture. How will you manage the “African hour”, “perpetual yes Chinese” or the “step marked in the specifications, not made” Indian?
